SHAMRAIN Cancel TUSKA OPEN AIR Festival Appearance
June 27, 2006SHAMRAIN, the Finnish quartet who feature in their ranks ENTWINE frontman Mika Tauriainen, have been forced to cancel their June 30 appearance at the Tuska Open Air Metal Festival. "This cancellation is due to unspecified medical condition of the singer Mika Tauriainen," the band write on their web site.
SHAMRAIN recently released an EP, entitled "Deeper into the Night". The CD includes five new songs with a total running time of approximately 21 minutes.
SHAMRAIN's sophomore album, "Someplace Else", was released last June via Firebox Records.
